1. About the service
Store (ismyapp.com, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you build and publish affiliate product storefronts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We use magic links for authentication — no password is stored. Keep access to your email inbox secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Promote illegal products or services
- Mislead visitors about the nature of affiliate relationships
- Violate the terms of any affiliate network you participate in
- Send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
4. Affiliate disclosures
Every storefront published through this platform displays a mandatory affiliate disclosure bar that cannot be removed. This disclosure is required by law in most jurisdictions (FTC in the US, ASA in the UK, and equivalent bodies in the EU). You remain responsible for complying with the rules of any affiliate networks and advertising standards bodies in your country.
5. Fees and billing
Free and paid plans are available. Paid plan fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual property
You own the content you create (store names, descriptions, selections). You grant us a licence to host and serve that content to your visitors. We own the platform, its design, and all underlying software.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your public storefronts are taken offline and your data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees of uptime, earnings, or affiliate approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
