1. Who we are

Store is operated by the owner of ismyapp.com. We are the data controller for information we collect about registered users. For questions contact store@ismyapp.com.

2. What we collect

  • Email address — provided by you when you sign in. Used to send magic links and service notifications.
  • Session token — stored in a cookie on your browser. Used to keep you signed in for up to 30 days.
  • Storefront content — the product selections, titles, and descriptions you create.
  • Click data — anonymised counts of clicks on affiliate links in your storefronts. IP addresses are hashed and never stored in raw form.
  • Usage logs — standard server logs (request paths, timestamps, error codes) retained for up to 30 days for debugging.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the service
  • To send you magic-link sign-in emails and important service notices
  • To show you analytics about your storefront's performance
  • To detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Cloudflare — infrastructure and edge compute. Data is processed on Cloudflare's global network.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for magic-link emails.
  • Groq / OpenAI — AI-generated storefront content during onboarding. Only the information you provide during onboarding is sent.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (__session) to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

6. Data retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics aggregates may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email store@ismyapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
